Refund Policy
Cancellation by 247craftbazaar.com:
Please note that there are some orders that we are unable to accept and they will be cancelled from our side. We reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason, such as limitations on quantity available for purchase, error in product(s) or pricing information, or limitations of our credit department. We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if in any case, your order is cancelled or any kind of information that is required to accept your order. In case of perishable items, delivery is attempted just once. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available, we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable again. No refunds are possible in such cases.
Cancellation by customer:
If your order is cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited after deducting 6% from your total order amount as a processing fee to your account within 7-10 working days. We reserve the right to not refund your amount when you cancel your order after starting your work or your order is dispatched/delivered because it will be unusable for anyone. Pictures/Photographs Validations
Customers must provide pictures/photographs in HD quality to customize your product better and to avoid any distortion/issues in the output of your customized product. Please read the instructions (mentioned in the product description) before uploading the required pictures/photographs for your product customization to avoid any distortion/issues in the final product. 247craftbazaar.com will not be responsible for such distortion/issues in your product if the picture given/uploaded is not compliant with the instructions. We can’t notify/inform you of such issues. So please make sure all the pictures/photographs you will upload during the purchase are compliant with the instructions. Pictures/Photographs must be of good or HD quality otherwise they may get distorted during printing/engraving/enlargement, etc. Photo collage/mosaic is not allowed or accepted.
Message/Text Validations
We can’t engrave or print every emoji/smiley/icon given by you along with the message during product purchase. So please don’t provide such emojis/smileys/icons with the message. If you haven’t provided the required message/text to customize your gift/product, your gift/product will be delivered to you without message/text, and we are not liable to remind you of the same. You need to add the message/text carefully because whatever is given will get printed/engraved over your product and delivered to your address.
Product Add-ons
The printed price of the product may differ from the price mentioned on our website due to processing of the products at 247craftbazaar.com’s end to your given shipping address. Add-ons with any product (if selected) are set to only 1 as default quantity per product type. The quantity displayed in images may differ on the website. Images are for graphical representation only. If the add-ons (selected with the product during purchase) get damaged during the transportation process, they will be replaced or refunded by 247craftbazaar.com, in accordance with the conditions.
Product Availability
The color of the cage hamper may be white or gold, subject to availability at the time of order. The color of the teddy bear may be changed depending upon availability. The ring box is provided unaccompanied by a ring. Enhance the personal touch by adding your own chosen ring to the heart-shaped ring box provided in the exclusive collection. You Agree and Confirm
If you have given us incomplete information for delivery (i.e. wrong name or address), extra charges will be taken from you as a delivery charge if your parcel is returned back to us from the courier company and you need it again.
